Description

This synopsis replaces reference number CMT811206002. The Defense Information Technology Organization (DITCO), Net Centric Services Branch, Services Section, Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a contract to provide time and materials maintenance to include labor, repair parts, maintenance, supplies, tools, test equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for full service maintenance/on-site maintenance for approximately 100 Government-owned printers, facsimile machines, scanners, and servers located at DITCO, 2300 East Drive, Building 3600, Scott AFB, IL. The period of performance will be one (1) base year, 01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006, and four (4) option periods. The type of contract is time and materials. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice cannot be accepted since this synopsis cannot be considered a request for quote or request for proposal. Companies who can provide these services must indicate their interest in writing by Noon, Central Standard Time, 13 July 2005 to Phil Pearson at phillip.pearson@disa.mil or fax to 618-229-9177.
