Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate a sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. Only one responsible source has been identified - Alarm & Control Systems Co., Puerto Rico, Inc., P.O. Box 11857 Caparra Heights Station, San Juan PR 00922-1857 to provide PM, Inspections, Repair and Troubleshooting Services to the ALERTON IBEX HVAC System (Software). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received by July 11,2005 2:00 PM Puerto Rico time will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
