Description

Repair Porch/Stairs Visiting Officers Quarters (VOQ) at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation number FA4600-05-T-0046. The work required for this project involves demolition and restoration of the stonewall, flanking located on both sides of the stairs, wood railing replacement, and leveling of the sandstone sidewalk of a historically designated building. The construction disciplines involved will be stonemasons, finish carpenters, painters, electricians and general laborers. The expected performance period for this project is approximately 45 calendar days. This solicitation will be issued as a competitive 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Project magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitation issue date is on or about (O/A) 8 July 05; bid openings O/A 19 July 05. NAISC Code: 238190. Size Standard: $12.0 Million.
