- CSC Applied Technologies LLC (CSC) contemplates issue of an UNFUNDED Request For Proposal (URFP) for the Repair of Tennis Courts at Vance AFB, OK as solicitation number URFP077P. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation and have not been promised or guaranteed. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or CSC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. CSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date in the absence of funding. Offerors will be required to provide for an acceptance period which extends through 30 December 2005. Offers may be privately opened after the closing date to determine apparent low offeror. Result of offers will not be publicly announced unless award of contract should result. Offerors bid bonds will be held for the entire acceptance period should funds not be readily forthcoming. It is recommended that offerors consider this impact on their bonding capacity if an offer is anticipated. The XTLF 94-1059, Repair Tennis Courts project is a completely designed project and consists of demolition of existing tennis courts, concrete slabs, light posts, accessories, and fences; and construction of subsurface drainage, concrete slabs, tennis courts, lighting, fencing, and other work in accordance with the plans and specifications to provide a complete project. NAICS 237990, Small Business Set Aside, Small Business Size $28.5M. Magnitude $250K-$500K. Estimated Issue Date: 1 August 2005 Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 16 August 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Building 244 Dock 4. Bid Closing Date: 31 August 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Bldg 244 Dock 4. All interested persons wishing to attend the, non-mandatory but highly recommended, Pre-Bid Meeting must provide the following information a minimum of five (5) days prior to the Pre-Bid Meeting or access to Vance AFB cannot be guaranteed. Once solicitation zip file is posted for download, use an IBM compatible computer running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher to access the http://ifb.csc.com Web page.
