- Requirement is being solicited pursuant to FAR 19.13, Historically Underutilized Business Zone as a HUBZone small business concern set-aside. Award will be made on a competitive basis and made to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. The con tractor will be required to construct stormwater treatment systems at the Fort Campbell DRMO Site vicinity of Bldg 5211 and at the Fort Campbell Cannibalization Yard vicinity of Bldg 5346. The project specifically includes the purchase and installation of a BaySaver Separation System Model 3K or equivalent brand systems under the conditions and dimensions as defined in the attached plans and specifications. The treatment system shall be comprised of two structures with a connecting separator unit between them, such that fine sediments and floatable pollutants are retained in an off line structure to prevent resuspension. A Firm-Fixed Price Contract is contemplated. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000-$250,000. NAICS is 237110/$28.5M. The solicitation will be posted on the Directorate of Contractings website on or about 15 July 2005. All responsible offerors who submit a bid will be considered.
