Description
Any questions regarding this solicitation should be address to: Bonilie Lackey at bonilie.l.lackey@usace.army.mil. Provide all services and supplies to operate and maintain, on a 24-hour basis, an existing wastewater treatment plant on the Bunker Hill Superfund Site in Kellogg, Idaho. The plant treats a mixture of acid mine drainage, storm water runoff, and other wast ewater sources, with an average daily flow of two million gallons. Proposed procurement will result in a fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a base year and two one-year option periods. The anticipated Base Perio d is October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. If awarded, subsequent option periods will have consecutive performance periods of October 1 through September 30 of each follow-on year. The Work includes treatment of wastewater to meet the requirements of the plants National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, daily 24-hour per day operation of the treatment plant, routine and preventative maintenance and repair activities, on-call maintenance and emergency repairs, compliance/process control testing and laboratory analysis, required reporting and documentation, and other general wastewater treatment plant services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 562211, with a size standard of $10.5 Million. This procurement is 100% set aside for acquisition by hub zone contractors. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a smal l business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $10.5 million.
