The work consists of renovating of 0.52 miles of Upper East Fork Road. The work includes roadside brushing, renovating (including heavy blading/grading), installing a culvert with outlet ditches, constructing and armoring waterdips, placing base and surface course aggregate, and constructing wood fence and gate.
