Description

The work consists of providing all services necessary to design and install (design-build) a replacement cooling system in the tree seedling cooler located in Jackson County, Medford District, Oregon. The existing cooler was constructed in the late 1970's, and consists of three compressors using R-22 refrigerant. This equipment is at the end of its service life and in need of replacement, and R-22 is being phased out of production. NAICS Code is 238290. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is August 22, 2005, and performance time is 75 calendar days. Bonds are required: Bid Bond, 20%; Performance Bond, 100%; and Payment Bond, 100%.
