Description

Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to remove floor coverings, install new carpet, install engineered wood flooring and trim (an additive item) in accordance to specifications, Quarters 1, 6, and a cabin at Crescent Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Garden County, Nebraska, approximately 28 miles north of Oshkosh NE. The value of this requirement is between $11,000-$100,000. Period of performance is 90 days from Notice to Proceed. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about June 30, 2005, with a closing date of on or about August 1, 2005. The RFQ will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Parties accessing the RFQ through the GPE are to submit their quote through the GPE. Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the RFQ to 303-236-4791, Attn: Gerri Sylliaasen. Please include the RFQ number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. This acquisition is set aside for Small businesses.
