Description

National Park Service, Department of the Interior, is soliciting offers for the general construction of a new HVAC system and related construction at Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, Coolidge, Arizona. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Department of the Interior's National Business Center (NBC) website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will NOT be made available. Potential offerors will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. No other notifications will be sent. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 and the applicable size standard for this project is $12.0 million average annual receipts for the past three years. Issuance of the Request for Proposal is ANTICIPATED on or about July 18, 2005. The Government will issue an award to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered with non-price factors being of greater importance than price. Only hard copy responses to the Request for Proposal will be considered. ELECTRONIC OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
