- Provide the ages and manufacturers of the wall and ceiling papers in interior structures of Truman Home and Farm Home. Photographic and written documentation to be produced by the contractor include digital and paper formats. The study documentation should be detailed enough to allow the information to be forwarded to wallpaper reproduction companies for reproduction papers to match the historical appearance for future wallpaper replacement. Estimated cost range: $25,000-$100,000. The soliciation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for small businesses. The RFQ with attachments will be issued electronically on website http://www.nbc.gov on or about July 19, 2005. No hard copies will be mailed or issued. The Service Contract Act will apply. Prospective offerors must register on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website http://www.ccr.gov in order to receive awards from federal agencies. A site visit will be determined in the solicitation and will be very highly recommended.
