Description: One multi-engine, fixed wing aircraft, PA-31-350 or equivalent, to support the Bureau of Land Management with flights originating from Fairbanks, Alaska. The aircraft will be used to transport a crew to several locations in the areas of Nome, Kotzebue and Barrow. The start date will be July 18, 2005 and the aircraft will work intermittently until approximately August 3, 2005. The project estimates 26 flight hours over this time frame. The vendor must have an Aircraft Rental Agreement (ARA) with Alaska Regional Office of Aviation Management.
