Description

<DESC> The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, intends to acquire Satellite Time and Ranging Equipment (SATRE) modem for Two-Way Satellite Time Transfer (TWSTT) 2 channel modem, part number: 10139, Model #SZCP-V430. The government intends to acquire one (1) unit with options for an additional ten (10) units. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Time Tech., of Stuttgart, Germany, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Time Tech Company is the only known provider of these supplies. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this quotation. This requirement is in support of the U.S. Naval Observatory, Washington D.C. Any interest or concerns must be directed to FISC Philadelphia Division Contracting Department, Re: N00140-05-Q-3124, Code 204.12E no later than 12 July 2005, Attn: Rosa E. Cedeno-Stout.
