Description
REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to lease up to a maximum of 74,870 BOMA Rentable Square Feet [yielding a minimum of 62,392 to 68,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (previously Usable)] of office and related space to provide replacement housing for an existing requirement. LOCATION: All properties submitted to the Government must be located within the Central Employment Area of Washington, DC. Requests for a detailed description of the Central Employment Area should be addressed to the Contact below. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE IN WRITING NO LATER THAN JULY 12, 2005 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1.) Building name & address 2.) Contact information and E-mail address of Lessor’s Representative 3.) BOMA Rentable & Office Area (usable) SF available (with Common Area Factor) 4.) Asking rental rate range per RSF (based on GSA Warm Lit Shell) 5.) The Government has a requirement for certain public access spaces to be accessible from the main lobby where visitors pass the Government security check point. Please provide availability of space on ground floor. Please also include clear ceiling height. 6.) Age of Building 7.) Parking availability 8.) Building setback information 9.) If the building is being built, please provide detailed information on the status. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
