Description

Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, and travel expenses to renovate nursing unit 4H for oncology at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX. The magnitude of this project is expected to be between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The applicable NAICS code 236220 and size standard are $28.5 million. The invitiation for bid (IFB) will be issued on/about July 8, 2005, at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contract completion time is 180 days. Actual bid opening date will be announced in the IFB. Plans will be available for review at the VAMC in Room 4B-347 at no cost, by appointment. A written request for a printed copy of the plans must be submitted to the Contracting Officer.
