- Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern) intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole-source basis to Digital Inspections, P.O. Box 350020, Boston, MA 02241 under 41 USC 253 c (1) One Responsible Source. The award is for CASCADE ANNUAL SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE FOR 100 CURRENT CASCADE SYSTEM LICENSES, SEVEN ADDITIONAL CONCURRENT USER LICENSES, AND FIFTEEN CASCADE FIELDUNIT LICENSES W/AUTOCOMMS. This company is uniquely qualified to deliver the product needed. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole-source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates the firm's ability to provide the equipment described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by 2 PM Central Standard Time, ten days from the date of this synopsis to the attention of Paula Cheney; Southwestern Power Administration; One West Third; Tulsa, OK 74103-3519. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed Commercial Item Contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
