Description

Under authority of 10 USC 2304( c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy the Agency Requirements, the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), Virginia Beach, Virginia intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to IOTech, Inc., 25971 Cannon Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44146. This procurement is intended to provide NSWDG with a readily available source to support processing of data collection on the IOTech Data Acquisition System previously procured by NSWDG. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies for an IOTech LogBook/300 system and associated anxiliary equipment to support the Data Acquisition System previously procured by NSWDG prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offer is due on 21 July 2005, no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Anticipate award by 25 July 2005. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business.
