Description

This is a Sources Sought notice for the purpose of conducting market research. The Mine Safety and Health Administration is seeking vendors who are familiar with the Department of Labor Accounting and Related Systems (DOLARS) financial management system and who can create web based DOLARS querying and reporting tools to provide accounting and financial data from the DOLARS system, provide backup data in the Financial Review Reporting System (FRRS) Reports, and revise the current monthly Detail Fund Report Browsing System used by MSHA headquarters staff. All interested who are familiar with and who have experience in creating such tools in the DOLARS system are requested to respond to this sources sought notice via email by 3:00pm EST, July 8, 2005. Responses should detail the experience in working with the DOLARS system and include the company point of contact, email address, telephone number and fax number. The Government will not reimburse any vendor for any costs incurred in responding to this sources sought notice. Responses should be sent to the Contracting Officer, Robert N Beaty at beaty.robert@dol.gov no later than 3:00pm Friday July 8, 2005.
