This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply p repared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The successful offeror must be able to deliver Line Item 0001 to Fort Carson NLT 29 July 2005 and Line Items 0002 and 0003 by 17 August 2005. No substitutions will be authorized as must match existing furniture. Line Item 0001, Trio Bunkable Bed or equ al. Boxed to include headboard, footboard and spring unit with Wedge Locks attached should include all applicable hardware. Color: Natural Oak finish. Quantity - 744 each. Line Item 0002, Trio Bunkable Bed or equal. Boxed to include headboard, footboard and spring unit with Wedge Locks attached should include all applicable hardware. Color: Natural Oak finish. Quantity - 156 each. Line Item 0003, Nightingale Firm Mattress or equal, Model: 7210-01-324-7982DQ, Firm Mattress/Twin Long- 38x80. Quantity - 1,182.0 ea. Line 0004 Shipping/Freight Charges. Ship To: DOL  Central Receiving Point, Wickersham & Chiles, Bldg 330, Fort Carson, Colorado. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. For this acquisition, the Small Busines s Size Standard is 500 and the NAICS Code is 423210. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov.
