- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in the leasing of approximately 426,000 rentable square feet (rsf) of office, laboratory and special purpose space (to yield appx. 352,000 BOMA Usable Square Feet [usf]) together with parking for appx. 600 Government vehicles in the Borough of Manhattan, New York. It is preferred that the parking be in a garage within the offered building, but parking in an adjacent garage or lot or within a 2 block radius of the building will be considered. There is a requirement for a clear slab-to-slab height of at least 15?-6? in a contiguous area of 52,000 rsf of the space. The lease term will be for 20 years. The space must be in a building proximate to either the West Side Highway or the East/Harlem River Drive. Persons responding to this expression of interest must state how many blocks the property is to an entrance to the foregoing highways. In addition, persons responding must state what public transportation serves the submitted building. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building Name and Address 2. Rentable/BOMA usf feet available per floor 3. Floors with available space 4. Whether the whole or part of a building would be offered 5.
