Description: This is a prepriced blanket purchase agreement issued by Goodfellow Air Force base as an acquisition tool for cleaning up hazordous material and chemical spills. This order is effective upon signature of the Contracting Officer and will expire 30 July 2010. This agreement may be terminated unilaterally at anytime by either party and may be rewritten or revised at the option of the Contracting Officer. Any such revision shall be accomplished by modification to this BPA. Obligation is only incurred against this order when a call is placed for a specific item and amount.
