- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, GA, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for: 30 EA 13 Seer Heat Pump Condensing Units – Model RPNK 048 JAX or equivalent – model must meet the following specifications: combination grill/motor mount must secure the fan motor to the underside of the discharge grill, model must meet or exceed 1000 hour salt spray test, scroll compressor models must have a least a 10 year compressor warranty, must utilize TX valves for accurate indoor and outdoor coil metering, all refrigerant connections shall be on the exterior of the unit, located close to the ground for neat appearance and ease of installation; 30 EA of Airhandler Model RBHK 24J18 Sue with RCHJ Coil or equivalent – model must meet the following specifications: must have a multiflex indoor coil design to provide low air side pressure drop and must have a watt resistor on heat pump models to control electric heat during heating operation; 30 EA T-STAT #R-41-23962-Z1 or equivalent; 30 EA REEM 82Y40D-Z Waterheater W/T&P Value or equivalent; 30 EA 7/8” OD Refrigeration Tubing; 30 EA 3/8” OD Refrigeration Tubing; 1 1/8” x 3/8” Armaflex Insulation. Contractor must be able to provide warehousing and just-in-time delivery of 2 units per week at no extra cost to the government for delivery to Brunswick GA 31524. If quoting on equivalent item, please provide specifications. This RFQ will be evaluated on price and equivalency of specifications. The reference number for this announcement is 05FMD0446. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses using the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 423730 with a small business size standard in number of employees of 100.
