Description: Y--Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct a bicycle trail located on both the upstream and downstream side of the dam located at Jennings Randolph Lake Facility, West Virginia in strict accordance with the specifications and trail layout map included in the request for quotations which can be downloaded from the website: https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil. This requirement is being competed on an unrestricted basis. No oral or written requests for the solicitation package will be honored. All quoters must have central Contractor Registration at the time of award. The registration can be accomplished at the website: http://www.ccr.gov See Numbered Note 22 except change the forty-five (45) days to twelve (12) days.
