The work consists of stabilization of foundation, removal and repair of structural elements at the First Baptist Church, Nicodemus National Historic Site, Bouge, Kansas. Removal, retention, and replacement of some historic fabric, tuck pointing. The magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Size Standard of $28.5 million. The ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME is 180 calendar days from notice to proceed. This proposed Solicitation Number I6068050071 is set aside for small business.
