Description: The Strategic Systems Programs intends to issue modification to previously awarded order N00030-05-F-0601 for additional career development program support . Since the additional LOE will be applied to the tasks currently under contract, it is not possible for a company other than AMCI to perform the work. The effort is not severable. Therefore, AMCI is the only acceptable source for performance of the addition LOE. See Note 22!!
