Description

This modification is to correct the listed FAR clauses. The original solicitation listed the FAR clauses at 52.212-5(b)(2) and (3) which indicated this solicitation was a HUBZone Set Aside. These two clauses are retracted and replaced with FAR clauses at 52.212-5(b)(5) and (7). This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside but not a small business, HUBZone Set Aside. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-JUL-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
