Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SOLE SOURCE. The Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office, has a requirement for purchase of water quality multi-probe units, YSI model 600XLM, pH Probes for YSI model 600XLM, dissolved oxygen probes for YSI Model 600XLM, hand held display units for YSI 600XLM untis and 25 foot cable for connecting the YSI 650MDS to the 600XLM units. The YSI 600XLM multiprobes will be utlized for the operation of Remote Underwater Sampling Systems (RUSS). The YSI multiprobe is uniquely qualified for the application because the RUSS systems are configured to operate with the YSI multiprobe units. The YSI Probes are manufactured by YSI Environemental, 1725 Brannum Lane, Yellow Springs, OH 45387. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond shall be able to provide proof of their capability to meet the above product requirements that are necessary to meet Reclamation's needs of the solicitation. This notice may represent the only official notice of such a solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-JUL-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
