Description

The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct a 10-ft by 25-ft addition to an existing restroom building at the campground and installing two wheelchair-accessible shower rooms in the new addition. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, selective site demolition, concrete work, wood-frame construction, metal roofing, modifying existing electrical and plumbing systems, and associated work to provide a complete project. This solicitation includes an option item to construct an identical modification on a second structure. The project site is located at Hyatt Lake Campground in Jackson County, Oregon, approximately 25 miles east of Ashland, Oregon. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start work is September 15, 2005. The performance time is 60 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 50%. This solicitation contains a price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns.
