Description

The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about Monday, July 25, 2005. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This project consists of rehabilitating the Carty Barn, Minute Man National Historical Park, Concord, MA. Work includes demolition, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, carpentry, flashing and sheet metal, wood shingles and siding, windows, electrical, and painting work. Construction performance period is 120 calendar days. Estimated construction range for the base bid: Between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code 236220, $28.5 million. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 28, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at the site, 955 Lexington Road, Concord, MA. Call 978/275-1713 to register for this site visit. Offerors are strongly encouraged to examine the site before submitting a bid. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition.
