Solicitation Number 362575-05-A-P049 SITE to Purchase The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for approximately 5+ acres to purchase to accommodate the West York Carrier Annex located within the preferred area bounded by: North: Church Road South: Route 30 West: Route 74 (Carlisle Rd) East: Susquehanna Trail The site must accommodate a 38,000 square foot building and parking for 283 vehicles. Actual site size required site will reflect development conditions and site constraints Offerer must own or control the site and must state the selling price.
