Description: Non-Personal Services for Teledermatologist to provide approximately 714 consults per year on-line for Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Period of Performance is 15 August 2005 through 14 Aug 2006 with four 1 year option periods. Mus t have an academic Dermatology Residency Program, must be involved in S and F (store and forward) teledermatology program, Dermatology Staff in charge of the teledermatology program must have 5 years of experience in telemedicine, and they shall have exper ience working with another DoD medical facility in S and F teledermatology. Solicitation will be released by request after 15 July 2005.
