SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: This Sources Sought Synopsis announcement is a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of variou s members of the Small Business Community (Small Business (SB)), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (Hubzone), Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned ( SDVOSB), Historical Black Colleges and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI) and Indian organizations and Indian-Owned economic enterprises to complete and perform an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Contract Management Services at the Rocky Mountain Area Office. The proposed work may include, but is not limited to Contract Administration, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support. Contract Administration services broadly defined includes assisting and providing guidance, prepare draft reques ts for proposal, analyze cost proposals, prepare cost/price analysis in support of audits, and prepare government estimates. Quality Assurance includes monitoring the effectiveness of Contractor Quality Control System to ensure the construction is in acco rdance with plans and specifications. Technical support includes review of plans and contractor request for information, provide recommendations, and CADD support. Proposed contract method is to utilize an IDIQ type contract for three to five years. The government anticipates individual task orders from $2,500 to $400,000. The Government is requesting that members of the Small Business Community that are interested furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contract, teleph one number, and e-mail address. (2) Type of Small Business Community member ((Small Business (SB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (Hubzone) Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns (VOSB) Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB), Historical Black Colleges and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI), or Indian organizations and Indian-owned economic enterprise) under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236210, Industrial B uilding Construction, which contains a size standard of $28,500,000. (3) Indicate your experience with management consulting in accordance with the mentioned services. Be sure to include the location of completed work, dollar value of work, point of con tract name, email address, and phone number, and whether you were a prime or subcontractor. (4) Your firms primary discipline of work. Responses should be made on your company letterhead and limited to no more than 10 pages. Reference No. W9128F-SS-05 -02 on all documents. Do not submit product literature or brochures.
