Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2U3145166A200. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562119 and the size standard of $10.5Mil applies to this procurement. The requirement is to pump and clean oil/water seperators on Luke AFB from 1 October 05 through 30 September 06, in accordance with the attached SOW. FOB Destination to Luke Air Force Base, Arizona 85309. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on low price, and technically acceptable offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 (Dev), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses and provisions cited are applicable to this solicitation: 52.214-21, Descriptive Literature.
