- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor intends to issue and award a sole source purchase order to Proquest Information and Learning for periodical subscriptions in support of the Joint Intelligence Center Pacific. The subscription is for Proquest Direct and includes 12 issues of International newspaper; Proquest News-Wires, Wall Street Journal Asia Edition, Wall Street Journal, ABI Select Image, Asian Business Image, Periodical Abstracts - Research II Image. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the Navy's Requirement. Please include your business size, DUNS number and Federal Tax ID Number. Responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m.,18 July 2005. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely fo! r the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NAICS Code 511120, business size 500 employees. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures - see FAR Part 13. All prospective Department of Defense contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contract Registration (CCR)database to receive award. Registration can be done online at http://www.ccr.gov.
