Description

A non-competitive acquisition is proposed with Ashbury Internation Group, PO Box 885, Sterling VA 20167 for the purchase of 5 each Vectronix Laser Ranger Finders, Model Lecia Vector 21. Lecia Vector 21 is a 7 X 42mm binocular laser range finder. Range Capacity: 5m to>10km, Performance: 5500m at visibility 10km, Target: 2.3 x 2.3m, Albedo: 0.3, Detection probability: 90%. The Government intends to solicit and negotiation with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bona fide competition exists. All responses must be received with 10 calendar days of the date of this notice (11 July 2005). Requests for a solicitation will be considered non-responsive. All responses from responsible sources submitting the required information will be fully considered.
