Description

The contractor will provide all labor, materials, cleaning and lift equipment, transportation and disposal of waste and the supervision required to accomplish the cleaning of all catch basins, catch basins with pumps, and floor drains for all buildings and applicable grounds areas of the VAMC Boise, 500 W. Fort Street. This work will be accomplished once each year during the month of June of the award year. The contractor will provide and use appropriate equipment, confined space monitors, pumps, pressure washers, Personal Protective Equipment and/or safety equipment to access below grade confined spaces normally associated with catch basins. Contractor will comply with all applicable OSHA requirements for working in confined spaces. This solicitation is for FY 06 with base year and four option years. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 562998. The procurement is totally set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing to this office or FAXED to (208) 422-1139. Solicitation is available July 8, 2005. Award is subject to availability of FY 2006 funds.
