Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for the janitorial services for the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Arcades Center, 6500 W. Main Street, Belleville, IL 62223. The CBOC has approximately 3903 sq. ft. Contractor is required to furnish all equipment, labor and supplies needed to provide janitorial services. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 12:00 Midnight. Contract will be for a base period of one year estimated to begin September 1, 2005 through August 31, 2006 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Offers or quotations from other than service-disable veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on best value and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about July 8, 2005. Due date for receipt of offers is August 3, 2005, 4:00 p.m. CST. A pre-quote site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 21, 2005, at 8:30 a.m. CST. Anticipated award date is August 15, 2005.
