Description
Specification for vacuum pumps, booster pump station, Dalecarlia Reservoir Pumps and Accessories: Provide two (2) priming vacuum pumps of the liquid ring type, single stage, flat ported design, capable of passing fluids and soft debris through the vacuum pump. The liquid ring vacuum pump will have the capacity of 352 ACFM at 20  Hg. vacuum while running at 1750 RPM and take a maximum of 10 GPM of service liquid. The vacuum pump will have one moving part and no metal-to-metal contact. Rotating element must be supported by two external ball bearings. The vacuum pump will be pro vided with all wetted in 316 stainless steel construction (316 SS, ASTM A351 CF8M-European equivalent not acceptable) and the mechanical seal will have Teflon elastomers. The vacuum pump will not exceed 25 BHP anywhere in the operating range. Vacuum pumps shall be SIHI model LPHR 60520 AB AAB 4B4 complete with accessories or equal to replace the existing SIHI model CL5324. Pumps shall be tested in North America. Suction/discharge manifolds must be vertical top/top to match configuration of existing pump. Manufacturer must have a service facility located within its plant.Provide the following accessories for each pump - One (1) Motor 25 HP, 1750 RPM, high efficiency, TEFC enclosure suitable for 3 phase, 60 hertz, 230/460 volt power supply; One (1)Coupli ng; One (1)Coupling Guard; One (1) Fabricated steel base plate to mount vacuum pump and motor. Warranty: The vacuum pump manufacturer will provide a two (2) year warranty.
