- This ATHENA requirement is a new, complex and highly visible requirement with a diverse mission; therefore, there may be a need for the MOBIS offerors? to engage in Contracting Teaming Arrangements (CTAs) in order to satisfy the entire requirement. The work will be performed CONUS and OCONUS. The primary site is onsite at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Other work sites include Macdill Air Force Base, Florida, Iraq, and Western Europe. The general scope of this Statement of Work is: Program Management and Support; Multimedia Development, Learning Management System Integration Support, Publication and Web Management, Data Mining Support and Analysis, Counterintelligence Analysis and Support, Technical Service Support and Analysis, as well as Linguist Support conducted in a highly classified, secured environment, on a sensitive time schedule. The performance of this task order will be one base year with four optional years and will require personnel with a variety of security clearances. A majority of tasks require Top Secret with SCI cleared personnel, preferably available day one of the task order, but no later than day 45 after date of award. The Government will not respond to any correspondence concerning this acquisition. GSA/FEDSIM will be issuing a solicitation via www.ebuy.gov for the ATHENA SOW on behalf of AFOSI.
