- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than 1700 (CST) Tuesday, 19 July 2004. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to eric.sullivan@offutt.af.mil, or faxed to (402) 294 7280. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 and the small business size standard is 500 employess. The government intends to issue one purchase order for the items set forth below, however the government reserves the right to award multiple contracts if deemed in the best interest of the Air Force. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Schedule: CLIN 01: Qty: 2 each Temporary Detection System. Includes transmitter, receiver, two MT10 lightweight heavy-duty collapsible tripods, BP01 battery pack with interconnecting cable assembly, mating connector and charger, MP01 monitor pack with interconnecting cable assembly, mating connector and charger, radio alarm transmitter with antenna and two fitted carrying cases MFG: Southwest Mircowave MDL: MIL PAC 310B MFR PART NR: MIL PAC 310B CLIN 02: Qty: 2 each Relocatable receiver monitoring unit. Includes 16 channel radio receiver compatible with MIL PAC systems. Complete with 5AH battery with charger, antenna, audio annunciation, LCD status display, AC and DC external connections.
