Description: The Government announces its intent to negotiate and award a sole-source contract for the Modification of the HVAC controls systems at the James T. Foley US Courthouse, Albany, NY. EMTech has performed constuction and maintenance services since the current installation of the Johnson Controls. Due to this firms involvement with the HVAC controls since inception, and the only licensed dealer in the Albany Market, no other source will satisfy the Government's requirements. See Note 22
