Description

The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Bourget Brothers, 1636 11th Street, Santa Monica, CA. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 5032. The NAICS code is 423320. Ref#: F1S0AR5147B001. This procurement is for support of Global Hawk Testing. Project; Global Hawk Target Testing The acquisition is as follows: Requirement: 550-cubic yards of ¾” Black Lava Rock. Must be in place not later than: June 15, 2005. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government’s requirement. In addition, the response should include Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items in accordance to FAR 52.212-3. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to www.arnet.gov to obtain a copy or contact the contract negotiator by email to receive a copy. Any responses received without 52.212-3 will be considered non-compliant. Further, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12.
