Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Diversified Software Systems, Inc, 18635 Sutter Boulevard, Morgan Hill, CA 95037-2826. This acquisition is for software license renewals for the period 1 Oct 2005 ? 30 Sep 2006. The software is used at the DISA computing center in Mechanicsburg PA. The procurement will include renewal of Government owned perpetual software licenses, new releases and technical support. The software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. The software products are DOCU/TEXT-ANALYSIS DOCUMENT, DOCU/TEXT-FLOW CHART, DOCU/TEXT-ONLINE, DOCU/TEXT-OPERATIONS, JOB/SCAN (Verification/Standards/Reformatter). Any party interested in receiving a copy of the request for quote shall provide an email notice to the contracting office at maria.meyer@disa.mill. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a request for quote. The resultant order will be firm-fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered in making an evaluation of bids prior to the award of an order.
