*****ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE IN FBO IS AUGUST 2, 2005******** Project will be located on the Sweet Home and Detroit Ranger Districts (Santiam River Zone). The project will consist of Aerial Fertilization. For more information the COR contact is Pete Jorgenson and can be reached @ (541) 367-9237. Approximate start work date is Sptember 25, 2005. Watershed Restoration ("JOBS IN THE WOODS") Notice Competition for this project is being limited to the "affected areas" (i.e., counties) identified pursuant to the waiver of Full and Open Competition approved by the Secretary of Agriculture under 41 USC 253(c)(7), Public Interest. Therefore, award of this contract will be restricted to those firms or individuals who are located in an affected area. The affected areas are: Washington: Okanogan, Douglas, Chelan, Kititas, Yakima, Klickitat, Skamania, Clark, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Pacific, Lewis, Pierce, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Mason, Jefferson, Clallam, Kitsap, Island, San Juan, King, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom; Oregon: Wasco, Jefferson, Deschutes, Lake, Klamath, Jackson, Josephine, Curry, Coos, Douglas, Lane, Linn, Benton, Lincoln, Marion, Yamhill, Polk, Clackamas, Multnomah, Hood River, Tillamook, Washington, Columbia, and Clatsop; California: Siskiyou, Shasta, Tehama, Glenn, Lake, Trinity, Humboldt, Del Norte, and Mendocino.
