Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to construct a 30?x70? greenhouse. This greenhouse must comply with the following specifications: the greenhouse shall be 2160 square feet divided into two (2) 30?x36 zones by a partition wall, requires an ARCH style roof trusses at 12?o.c. with 12? under gutter height, roof purlins, side wall framing, end wall framing, partition wall framing, and necessary bracing. The greenhouse shall be constructed at the USDA, ARS, Poplarville, MS. An IFB with complete specification requirements will be issued on or about August 2, 2005 with all bids being due at 2:00 p.m. September 1, 2005. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package. All requests must be submitted in writing, faxed to (662) 686-5373 or by electronic mail to: tvjones@ars.usda.gov.
