- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Inter-Continental Hotel, Miami, FL for the 112th Annaul International Associatiation of Chiefs of Police (IACP). The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Inter-Continental Hotel under authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for IACP. The Acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, ?Simplified Acquisition Procedures?. The North Atlantic Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 531312 Non Residential Property Managers. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. All respondents will be considered by the agency. All communication concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time no later than 7 calendar days after publication date of this notice to the Contracting Officer listed below. No solicitation is available. Closing date is 29, 2005
