- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-05-RP-0003 for the following services: This modification changes the release date to July 25, 2005 and the response date to August 12, 2005. The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to accomplish turf renovation in designated sections of cemetery grounds at the Golden Gate National Cemetery (GGNC). All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms, and conditions of the contract. This is a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS code is 561730. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS is average annual receipts not greater than $6 million. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps.gov under number VA-786-05-RP-0003. A copy of the solicitation may be obtained electronically from www.FedBizOpps.gov and will be available for download on or about July 25, 2005. Requests for a paper copy of the solicitation should be addressed to Paul C.
