Description: Provide in-center hemodialysis to patients referred by the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SG VHS), at the Contractors place of business located in the cachement area of the NF/SG VHS. Services shall be inclusive in nature to the extent they specifically will include use of equipment, facility, nursing, technical personnel, laboratory testing and drugs, required to perform full support hemodialysis.
