Description

Ammendment to Construction of Golf Course Maintenance Facility's, Willow Lakes, Warrior Nine at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation Number FA4600-05-R-0021. This project consist of all the work necessary to cnstruct an approximately 1900 square foot maintenance facility at the Warrior Nine Golf Course and an approximately 8000 square foot facility at the Willow Lakes Golf Course. Work shall include but not be limited to HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, concrete work, masonry, steel framing, drywalling, and painting. There will be a site preparation requirements to include but not limited to building demolition, tree removal, pavement removal, grading, seeding. Performance period is 150 calendar days. This solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation issue date is *(TBD) July 2005; site visitation at Willow Lakes Golf Course on *(TBD) July 2005; with bid opening date on *(TBD) August 2005. NAICS Code: 236210; Size Standard $28.5M. *A solicitation issue is being worked.
