Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for the design, installation, testing and training of a video switching system. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance/expected delivery date is 30 days after receipt of an order. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-04-T-0240 is issued as a Request for quotation). It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 7379, business size of $21,000,000 and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541512.
